Hello and welcome. My name is Ryan Collins and I work in Commercial Real Estate. Let me start off with some background. I live and work in Massachusetts. I am a graduate of Bryant University. I am a student of Business but more specifically entrepreneurship. I have always believed in what you put into something is what you will get out of it. Obviously then it is important to me to put 100 percent into everything I do. The most important thing is not to give up when things get tough. 
I once saw this quote walking through the office. It struck me as important. Not only for the reason that the quote itself makes sense. To stick it out. To fight through trials and hardships. But for the fact that the person who had it displayed had been working for the company for 20+ years. There is something to say for that kind of loyalty and commitment.
