Well here it
is... the Boston Bruins are not dead yet. With the final weekend of hockey in
the regular season
approaching the Bruins have 93 points and are tied with the Red Wings for third
place in the Atlantic Division. The Bruins need to defeat the Senators on
Saturday and hope that either Philadelphia or Detroit takes a loss. If all the
cards fall into place the Bruins will qualify for the postseason. However, if
the Philadelphia Flyers and the Detroit Red Wings win all of their remaining
games the Bruins are out. Meaning that the Bruins The Bruins could finish with 43 wins, while the Red Wings could end with
42 and the Flyers with 41 and Boston could still miss the playoffs. In any event, it should be an exciting weekend for hockey.
